Front Elevation
Tucked into a grove of evergreens, the Port Orchard cottage blends into the neighborhood beautifully, as if it has been there forever. To the left, in the foreground, is a timber-frame shed that Rebbecca built "for practice" before tackling the larger timber-frame cottage. Walls are made of cordwood, which she sawed into 5-inch rounds, then stacked and chinked.
