Pumpkin Pie Martini

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Martini

This tasty ‘tini is the best selling seasonal drink that Martini Bob serves. One sip, and you’ll understand why.

3    scoops vanilla ice cream
2    ounces pumpkin liqueur (Bob recommends Bols’ Pumpkin Smash)
     Whipped Cream Freshly grated nutmeg
1   teaspoon graham cracker crumbs

1. Blend ice cream and pumpkin liqueur in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a 10-ounce martini glass, top with whipped cream, nutmeg and graham cracker crumbs.
