WRITER’S CABIN
Located in the San Juan Islands in Washington’s Puget Sound, this 500-square-foot cabin functions as a writer’s retreat and guest cottage. The interior fireplace rotates 180 degrees, so guests can enjoy it outdoors too. Featured in the February 2012 issue of Cabin Life.

Design: Olson Kundig Architects, www.olsonkundig.com.
