This delicious cocktail features apple cider, the agricultural specialty of Normandy. Makes 1 serving.

4    ounces sparkling apple cider
1    teaspoon crème de cassis
      Twist of lemon

Pour sparkling cider into champagne flute. Add cassis and twist of lemon.
