- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced into 1"-thick rings
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. fresh lime juice
- Sliced scallions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Grill pineapple until grill marks appear, 3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and cut into 2" pieces.
- Whisk yogurt, sugar, and lime juice together in a small bowl; pour over pineapple chunks.
- Garnish with scallions.
