We serve an international clientele and enjoy a scope of work that includes both residential and commercial projects.
We specialize in post-and-beam and dovetail structures, and also produce log stairs and railings. All of our scribed log work is gasketed and dowelled.
We build primarily with large diameter western red cedar and Douglas fir (14 to 15 inches and larger midspan diameter)
With a strong focus on customer service, we prefer to be involved in the early stages of design as we communicate extensively with the customer, general contractor, engineer and designer/architect on every project to ensure a smooth construction process.
We are active supporters of, and a long-standing member of the International Log Builder’s Association. Nicola LogWorks is owned by John Boys and has been operating in the Nicola Valley since 1989.
