These can keep you energized all day long. (Use frozen fruit to help keep it cold in the thermos.)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple/orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
